Join us for techUK's Local Public Services innovation summit, bringing together local government representatives and digital tech leaders to explore key themes facing the sector and drive collaboration between councils and the tech sector.

This year's summit will build on last year's insightful discussions, covering topics including digital transformation, procurement and agentic AI in the council of the future, exploring what these trends mean in practice for councils and the suppliers working with them, and how we can drive real collaborative progress across the sector.
techUK's Local Public Services Committee was elected in October 2025 and has been making progress on some of the most pressing issues facing the sector. Since its formation, the group has focused on procurement reform and digital maturity, working to connect councils and suppliers and exploring how technology can be better procured, shared and reused across local government. This summit will put a spotlight on the committee's work, bringing the sector together to facilitate the collaboration and shared thinking needed to drive innovation and better outcomes for citizens.
Local councils are currently navigating a period of significant change. With upcoming Local Government Reorganisation in councils across the country and recent local government elections reshaping the landscape, there is a real opportunity to reset and reimagine how services are delivered and ensure that technology and innovation are at the heart of that journey.
This is a free to attend event for the public sector and techUK members.
